Lyme

Some images from my visit to Lyme Regis in Dorset last week. A favourite spot for fossil hunting and spending time outdoors.

  1. Hi Joanne.

I remember the place when I saw the ammonites from Lime Regis… I have some of them at my attic, but may be that isn’t aloud??? It was a very very long time since I was there hunting fossils with my boyfriend… I remember that I really really like the village and that we took a loooooooooong forest walk who ending up at the hills over the beautiful sea.
And I absolutely remember all the hills there, my boyfriend an I was joking about to move there and that he could work as a mailman, that was he’s work in Sweden in that time, the mailman has to have a hard work up and down that hills.

    Have a nice weekend!

With love and thoughts, Kramkram Paula.

  2. Hi Paula,

I remember you said about visiting Lyme when we met up in London...some of it has changed since you were there...but the fossil hunting is just as good! Funny to think of the Lyme fossils travelling to Sweden! The hills are still as big! We stayed at the top of one!!
